Please feel free to share the document by email or printed copy with anyone interested in registering their 2, 3 & 4 year olds in the Chapel’s preschool program. Note, 2 year olds do not have to be potty trained but 3 and 4 year olds do need to be potty trained.
Morning Classes from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri.
Applicants should complete, sign, and return the full application to the office by hand or mail, with all necessary documents attached, and with a check or money order for the non-refundable $225 Registration Fee and $290 child per month.
