Chapel by the Sea Preschool
Chapel by the Sea welcomes all applicants with 2, 3, & 4 year olds. Click on the link below to view/download the enrollment packet.
Applicants should complete, sign, and return the full enrollment packet to the office by hand or mail, with all necessary documents attached, and with a check or money order for the non-refundable $120.00 Registration Fee and $240 child per month.

This packet is also available for pick-up at the Chapel office from 9:00am to 3:30pm, Wednesday to Friday.
